The 2017 Traffic Records Forum is returning to New Orleans, Louisiana where it all began in 1974! ATSIP is hosting the Forum at the Sheraton New Orleans Hotel on August 6th -  9th. The hotel sits on Canal Street boarding the Historic French Quarter and the great Mississippi River. Conference sessions will cover relevant topics and learning opportunities for each core data system and our location offers world renowned cuisine, unique art, and a spirited atmosphere.

The program will include sessions on data quality, integration, and accessibility, as well as sessions on citation and adjudication, EMS and injury surveillance data. The agenda will cover hot topic subjects on technology, highly automated vehicles, and drugged driving. Additionally, the program will feature presentations from best practice states, followed by open forum sessions to discuss challenges, successes, and lessons learned.

Plan to arrive early and stay late, as conference programs will be expanded to Sunday and Wednesday afternoons. Sessions offered on Sunday afternoon include workshops and a TRCC roundtable discussion. Wednesday afternoon will include a meeting to discuss the dynamic data elements for the 5th Edition MMUCC hosted by NHTSA, GHSA, and a panel of industry experts.

Make your plans to attend at, and encourage other traffic records professionals from your state to do the same. This will be the agenda and venue you and your colleagues will not want to miss!
