National Safety Council Staff Representative:
The National Safety Council is the legal entity for all financial and
contractual aspects of the Forum. Vendor contracts, registration fees,
etc. are all handled by the NSC staff.

Electronic Program & CD Editor:
Responsible for the compilation of the on-site electronic program and the CD
that is distributed at the Forum. If you have questions about the
inclusion of documents, formatting of documents, etc. or status of a submission,
this is the person you want to contact.
Papers, handouts and other documents which are to be placed on the electronic
program and CD should be submitted in electronic form as MS Word, Excel,
PowerPoint files, or shall be submitted as 8.5x11 hard copies, printed single
sided on 20# or 24# white paper. Be sure to label all such materials with
the name and contact information for the primary speaker, and title of the
presentation. Include the session title if known. Samples of these
documents will be provided for download about April 1, 2001.

Vendor Coordinator:
This person is responsible for liaison between the Forum Committee and
vendors that will be displaying at the Forum, or providing training during the
Forum. Vendor contracts are handled by the National Safety Council, but
once a letter of intent has been filed with the Council, this individual will
coordinate issues of set-up, tear-down, inclusion in the electronic program,
training options, etc.
