General registration information has been posted here, and is being updated as additional information (special events, etc.) is available.

Registration Fees:

     Speakers $200 $250
     Exec. Committee $200 $250
     Spouse / Guest $75 $75
     Single Day $100/day $100/day

On-line registration will be provided by the NSC by about May 1.  As soon as the NSC's on-line registration page is operational, we will place a link here.  When published, it will be available through the Highway Traffic Safety Division's page at: http://www.nsc.org/mem/htsd.htm

Registration packets are being mailed in Mid-April and should be to all previous attendees by May 1, 2001.  If you have not attended a Forum in the past three years, and are not an active TRC member, you may request that registration materials be mailed to you by using the form provided below.

Special Events:

A number of special activities are being scheduled for the entire family, including spouse activities during the day and child care services.  A list of these activities is provided on the Activities Page.  Some events will be provided as part of the registration fees, others will require some additional fees.  The Activities page will contain prices as well as costs as these are finalized.

Hotel Accommodations & Travel Options:

Information on the headquarters hotel is available at the Facility Page.  Reservations at the headquarters hotel may be made by calling 1-800-253-6156.  In order to receive the Forum block rates, you must indicate that you are with the "NSC International Highway Traffic Forum".

Room Rates are:

    Single:     $134
    Double:    $154

There is an additional 11% sales tax and $3 occupancy fee.
