27th International Forum on Traffic Records
and
Highway Information Systems

The National Safety Council in cooperation with the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, Federal Highway, and the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration announces the 27th International Forum on Traffic Records and Highway Information Systems in New Orleans, LA July 28 - August 2, 2001.  Professionals from traffic safety, traffic records, traffic engineering, law enforcement, emergency medical services, driver licensing, vehicle registration, etc. will participate in the Forum.

We cordially invite your organization to exhibit and/or conduct training sessions on your content applicable technology and services. As always, the Forum continually strives to improve its program and your exposure.  This year looks to be outstanding!  We are confident that you will enjoy the facilities and location.   All breakfasts and breaks will be held in the vendor area.  On-site registration will be held at the vendor area.

Due to conflicts seen last year, training sessions on your products and services will be held Sunday only.  The Forum schedule will notify attendees of the free Sunday sessions.   Two breakout rooms will be provided equipped with LCD overhead, overhead projector, microphone, flip chart and ISDN line for this purpose.  If vendors wish hands-on training, they will need to coordinate their own PC rental, logistics, and payment.

Exhibitor Fee: $950

Included with the purchase of a 8'x10' booth will be two Forum Registrations.  Additional registrations can be purchased at the regular Forum registration cost.
