Gordon W. Blain "Wally” provides expertise in GIS mapping and travel demand forecasting support for public sector clients. Mr. Blain also has experience in applying the Micro‑FSUTMS, transportation-planning model. Additionally, he is experienced in automated field data collection techniques, which allow efficient inventories of roadway features and other linear inventory data. Mr. Blain has worked with the City of Tampa and Pasco County regarding crash data management systems, in addition to Hernando County.
