Judy L. Froseth has been working in traffic safety for over 25 years. She served as the 15th Chair of the Traffic Records Committee and Program Chair for the 14th Forum. Judy has a Masters in Management from the University of Mary in Bismarck. Her undergraduate degree in Mathematics is from North Dakota State University. She is currently the Traffic Safety Program Director for North Dakota. Judy was a member of the curriculum development committee for a new Quantitative Management Course, "Taming the Numbers", for highway safety program managers. Judy was also involved in the development of the National Association of Governors Highway Safety Representatives executive seminar, "Highway Safety Information System."
