An Investigation of Older Motor Vehicle Drivers Involved in Injury Crashes

Evidence suggests elderly drivers have higher crash rates and more severe injuries.  This population of drivers will increase 118% by the year 2020.  This presentation will identify factors that contribute to injury crashes for different age groups and provide an understanding of the real impact of elderly drivers on the entire population.
