Roadside Wireless Technology for Motor Carrier Safety Enforcement

This presentation will discuss the system developed by the Louisiana State Police to facilitate the wireless transfer of roadside motor carrier safety inspection data directly to a central office from the patrol vehicle.  The presentation will also provide a demonstration of wireless motor carrier related queries available to the officer at the roadside.
