Sgt. Miller has been a member of the Rapid City, South Dakota Police Department for almost twenty years.  Currently, he is the Traffic Sergeant who is sworn and supervises the non-sworn investigators.  Sgt. Miller was a Patrol Sergeant for 8 years prior to his present position.
