NHTSA
State Data
System Gary Rinehart is a programmer/analyst for Alcosys, Inc. He has been providing contract support to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration’s National Center for Statistics and Analysis (NCSA) for the past three years. This support involves maintenance of NCSA’s State Data System, whose purpose is to provide researchers with crash data from the participating states in a standard SAS Format. Mr. Rinehart is the chief programmer/analyst for NHTSA’s upcoming publication “State Data System: Crash Data Report 1990-1999”. He holds a Master of Operations Research degree for George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia. |
