Mr. Tramel is a Registered Professional Engineer in Louisiana, Texas, Florida and Oklahoma and a Professional Transportation Operations Engineer. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Purdue University and Masters Degrees in both City Planning and Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology. Mr. Tramel is a fellow member of Institute of Transportation Engineers. Currently serves as Director of the Traffic and Transportation Department for Lafayette City‑Parish Consolidated Government, Lafayette, Louisiana. Previous experience in both the public sector as Director, Assistant Director and Traffic Engineer in cities of Grand Prairie and Arlington, Texas, and Lafayette, LA; and in the private sector in Texas and Florida.
