Jack Zogby has been engaged in Transportation Safety consultation for the past ten years.  He retired from the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation in 1991 after thirty years in traffic and safety management, the last thirteen years as Deputy Secretary for Safety Administration and Governor’s Highway Safety Representative.  He is the past president of the Mid-Atlantic section of the Institute of Transportation Engineers, past president of Region One of the American Association of Motor Vehicle Administrators, past chair of the Safety management Committee of the Transportation Research Board, and past chair of the traffic records committee of the National Safety Council.
