Abstract
This panel of presenters will talk about their state's
experience in
adapting the Traffic and Criminal Software (TraCS.) TraCS is a robust
electronic data collection tool available to states under a royalty-free
licensing agreement with Iowa. TraCS includes a Software Development
Toolkit to allow states to customize the software to meet their business
needs. The state representatives will also discuss how TraCS is
integrated with their existing systems.
Bio
Mary Jensen is the TraCS Program manager for Iowa and the
national program. Mary is a graduate of Iowa State University and has been
with the Iowa DOT in various positions for 20 years. Mary has been the
TraCS program manager the last five years.
