| In order to assure the most complete
electronic program possible, TSASS will be staffing the ATSIP booth
during the same hours as on-site registration and throughout the Forum
to provide technology assistance to presenters and moderators.
We are asking all presenters to visit the
Vendors area
either before or after their presentation to help us assure that we have
the most compete library of handouts, slide shows, etc. possible.
TSASS staff will have a number of methods of
transferring files from presenter PC's to our on-site computer. We
will also have CD's with all materials that have been submitted in
advance of the Forum.
If at all possible, we
ask that you submit electronic copies of all speaker bios, presentation
abstracts, handouts, slide shows, etc. in advance of the Forum
If these files have not been previously submitted to the 2004 Traffic
Records Program Chair at
TRF2004@unm.edu. They may be shipped on CD to:
