Transfer your TRF registration fee to a colleague
If you have paid for a registration to attend the Traffic Records Forum and are unable to attend, your registration fee may be able to be applied to another attendee. This page describes the process. (Please note that we do not transfer the registration, just the conference registration fee)
To transfer your registration fee to another attendee:
- Locate and download your statement or receipt for your registration. This was emailed to you upon completion of payment. You can also find it on your account dashboard on our website. (choose “My Account” / “Account Dashboard” / “All Payments”) Then locate the order and choose the “Invoice” button.
- Have the new attendee login to the site and proceed with the normal registration process using all of their own information.
- They should then proceed to the checkout screen. When presented with the payment options, they should select the option to “Pay by check, PO or request to be billed” and complete the registration process.
- The new attendee will receive an email with information indicating how to complete their registration process. It will include an order number.
- Please gather your own invoice/receipt (marked “PAID IN FULL”) along with the new order number and new attendee name and email address. Send that information to forum@atsip.org. Please cc the new attendee as well.
- Once we have processed the payment transfer, you will both receive a confirmation email. In addition, the new attendee will receive a receipt and their TRF registration information. Your original registration will be cancelled and can not be used.
