CONTACT INFORMATION

By providing your email address on our web site, whether for ATSIP membership or any event registration, including registering for the TRAFFIC RECORDS FORUM, you acknowledge that you will be subscribed to all future ATSIP correspondence. Each email you receive will include a link to remove yourself from the mailing list.

Your personal contact information will only be used to contact you for ATSIP purposes. It will not be sold or used for other marketing purposes.

TRAFFIC RECORDS FORUM DISCLAIMER

Your work contact information will be included on the attendee list made available to meeting sponsors.

PHOTOGRAPHY WAIVER

By attending the ATSIP Traffic Records Forum, you grant ATSIP the right to use your name and any images taken during the Forum or Forum events in its news or marketing materials in print or digital format.

FORUM REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY

Live, in person event cancellation: All cancellations, regardless of receipt date will incur a $100 processing fee. Up to FOUR weeks before a conference, registrants who email a cancellation request to manager@ATSIP.org will receive a full registration refund, less the processing fee. Cancellations received between four and two weeks will receive a 50% registration refund, less the processing fee. Cancellations less than TWO weeks ahead of the start date of the event and no-shows forfeit all registration fees paid to ATSIP.

Cancellation by ATSIP: If ATSIP cancels or postpones a conference or online offering, ATSIP will automatically issue a 100% registration refund. In the event of cancellation or postponement by ATSIP, all registrants will be invited to consider donation of the registration fee credits back to ATSIP to further support its ongoing charitable and educational mission.
