CANCELLATION POLICY
Live, in person event cancellation: Registration cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to manager@ATSIP.org, by July 1st 2026, to receive a refund minus a $100 cancellation fee. All refunds are processed after the Forum. Refunds will not be granted for requests received after July 1st, 2026. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted.
Cancellation by ATSIP: If ATSIP cancels or postpones a conference or online offering, ATSIP will automatically issue a 100% registration refund. In the event of cancellation or postponement by ATSIP, all registrants will be invited to consider donation of the registration fee credits back to ATSIP to further support its ongoing charitable and educational mission.
PHOTOGRAPHY WAIVER
By attending the ATSIP Traffic Records Forum, you grant ATSIP the right to use your name and images taken during the event in its news or marketing materials in print or digital format.
PRIVACY DISCLAIMER
By registering for this meeting, you acknowledge that your contact information will be included on the attendee list made available to meeting sponsors.
