ANSI D16 Right To Appeal

Pursuant to ATSIP’s designation as a standards developer by the American National Standards Institute, policies and procedures that govern the process have been developed. In terms of the proposed new standard ANSI D.16, Manual on Classification of Motor Vehicle Traffic Crashes, anyone adversely affected by the standard has the right to appeal.
