ATSIP 2020 Traffic Records Forum Canceled DUE TO COVID-19

The ATSIP Board of Directors has been closely monitoring the COVID-19 pandemic. The safety and well-being of our Traffic Records Forum speakers, vendors, attendees and event staff is of the utmost importance and always our priority. For this reason, the 2020 Traffic Records Forum scheduled to take place August 9th-12th in Nashville, Tennessee is officially canceled.

If you have made a hotel reservation with the Nashville Downtown Renaissance, the hotel has already canceled your room reservation and you should receive an email notification. Please contact the Nashville Downtown Renaissance if you do not receive a cancellation email from them. If you made other hotel arrangements outside of the Renaissance room block, it will be your responsibility to cancel those reservations.

If you have registered for the 2020 TRF, ATSIP will issue you a refund. If you would like to transfer your registration fee to a charitable donation to ATSIP, please contact manager@atsip.org and you will receive a 501(c)3 contribution letter.

We hope you and your families, friends, and colleagues are well.
