Code of conduct
The Association of Transportation Safety Information Professionals (ATSIP) is committed to providing a safe and welcoming environment for all who participate in its events and visit its website. ATSIP prohibits and will not tolerate any form of harassment, bullying, or discrimination. Our goal is to host events and online spaces that are as inclusive as possible, regardless of gender, sexual orientation/identity, race/ethnicity, religion, employment status, or status in the field. Accordingly, we believe it is important for ATSIP to support the free expression and exchange of ideas in environments that are positive and productive for all.

Payment refunds
Membership dues
ATSIP membership dues are non-refundable and are not transferable.
By default, membership dues that are paid for with a credit card automatically renew annually. Several emails are sent in the month prior to the renewal, and a receipt is sent upon renewal.Â
To discontinue automatic renewal, please login and visit your account dashboard. Select “My Subscription”. From there, you may turn off “Auto renew” or you may cancel your ATSIP membership entirely. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current membership cycle.

Traffic Records Forum registration
All cancellations, regardless of receipt date will incur a $100 processing fee. Cancellations less than FOUR weeks ahead of the start date of the event and no-shows forfeit all registration fees paid to ATSIP.
- Registration cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the ATSIP Manager, at ATSIPManager@ATSIP.org.
- Telephone cancellations will not be accepted.
- All refunds are processed after the Annual Traffic Records Forum.
- If you have not made payment when cancelling, you are still responsible for the $100 cancellation fee
- Cancelling your registration does NOT cancel your hotel reservation. You must cancel your hotel reservation separately according to the hotel instructions.
Other payments
Payments not specifically described above should be considered non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to sponsor/exhibitor payments; donations;
Photography
 ATSIP plans to take photographs during our events to be used in ATSIP educational, news, or promotional materials, whether in print, electronic, or other media, including the ATSIP website. By participating in ATSIP events, you grant ATSIP the right to use your name and photograph for such purposes. All postings are property of ATSIP and may be displayed or used by ATSIP for any purpose.
