John McDonough is the President of the National Institute for Safety Research (NISR). NISR is a small business incorporated in the state of Pennsylvania that has provided its services to state and federal governments and private industry since 1981. The services provided by NISR are in the areas of traffic safety education and training, training logistics, system documentation and manuals, quality control, and data collection and evaluation. NISR has been engaged in contracts with various agencies within the USDOT for more than three decades.
